We ask for at least a week's notice on all orders. Once your design is finalized we require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on all orders. Any changes or cancelations must be done 1 week before, in that case, the deposit will be applied to the customer in the form of credit. If the customer fails to inform us in time the deposit is fully non-refundable.
